Shipping policy

What are my delivery options?

All orders are shipped 1-3 working days after receiving clear payment. Orders are shipped using our worldwide shipping service. We normally use either DHL or FedEx for our courier service depending on where you are located. 

What countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to all countries except for the following:

  • North Korea
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Sudan
  • Syria

 

How long does delivery take?

This depends on your location. Shipping to the UK and other European countries usually takes between 2 – 5 business days. The rest of the world can take between 10-21 days depending if there are any local bank holidays.  All of our orders are tracked so you will be able to track the progress of your delivery.

 

What if my item doesn't arrive?

If your item has still not arrived or has gone missing you may file claims for damaged and/or missing contents immediately, but no later than 25 days from the date of dispatch. After 25 days the cargo companies refuse to make a missing item claim so please do keep an eye on your shipment once it had been sent.
